Many people wonder about which is more dangerous between high blood pressure and low blood pressure, and each of them has its risks. Severe high blood pressure or very low blood pressure can kill the patient, and both require prompt and decisive medical intervention.

The pressure is in the normal range (12/8 mm Hg).

A blood pressure reading greater than (12/8 mm Hg) is considered high blood pressure.

And a blood pressure reading that is less than (6/9 mm Hg) is generally low.

 High blood pressure is considered one of the most common chronic diseases that need treatment because of the associated chronic complications of its effect on the heart muscle, brain and kidneys.

Most patients with high blood pressure do not suffer from signs or symptoms, so blood pressure must be checked constantly because it may rise without symptoms. but sometimes they may suffer from some symptoms, the most important of which are:

Constant headache.

pain in chest.

muscle spasms

Dizziness and nausea attacks.

shortness of breath.

Stress.

Frequent urination or blood in the urine.

Arrhythmia.

Rapid pulse in the chest, ear and neck.

Nosebleeds may occur more than usual if the blood pressure is very high.
